Our Return Policy
Exchanges on clothing sizes and faulty products only!
Pick up
ensure you arrive at your designated pickup time. If you miss your scheduled pickup appointment, you will have 48 hours to collect your order before it will be cancelled. Valid government-issued ID is required for all age-restricted items. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to enhance our services to better serve you.
Product Exchange
All exchanges must be with in the 48 hour time period of when they were purchased. All exchanges must be with in reason of 1. fault product 2. different clothing sizes
